Who Should Attend This Course?
Anyone interested in learning the skill of self-compassion practice in order to manage the stress of life: the general public, health care providers, teachers, therapists, parents, young adults, business professionals, artists, yoga instructors, beginning and experienced meditators. All are welcome!
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr. Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care, and understanding. Program Details
When: 8 Mondays, January 22 to March 11, 2024, 5pm to 7:30 pm CT (Click here to view the Time Conversion Chart)
+ 3.5 hour online, guided, silent retreat on Saturday March 2, 10am to 1:30pm
Where: Online Zoom platform
Class Fee: $425, due no later than one week prior to the start of the class.
Early Bird Deadline: Register before December 18 and receive $50 off tuition.
Partial Scholarship available for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me.
Class size will be limited, early registration is encouraged.
