Community Compassion Circles, Wednesdays, 5-5:45 Central Time on Zoom 
Each weekly circle involves a centering meditation, a brief topic presentation, and a guided mindfulness practice to help you cultivate the skill of self-compassion in a supportive online environment.

All Community Compassion Circle meetings are held on Zoom - feel free to come to one, several or all. Please note: The Community Compassion Circles are separate from the Mindful Self Compassion 8-Week Course. Visit the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion if you are interested in the MSC 8-Week program at this time. These circles are also not a replacement for psychological care. I facilitate them in my role as a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and Coach and offer them as an opportunity for you to pause and practice the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion in a supportive group format.
